Ordering
For your convenience, orders may be placed by mail, fax, internet or telephone. For the convenience of customers outside of Sydney, a toll free 1800 number is available for dedicated placement of orders only. An order form is included in the catalog and online for download which you are free to copy. If you have any queries, do not hesitate to contact us, as our staff are pledged to do their best in assisting you. The catalogue is representative only of the lines we carry. If your requirements are not found in the catalogue, please contact us as we may stock the item or be able to obtain it for you. Please advise delivery instructions and account instructions when placing orders. An official order number should be quoted if you require it to be shown on the invoice.
Credit Accounts
Credit accounts are only issued for volume customers, and after a credit assessment. For customes with credit accounts, terms at net thirty days on statement. A statement will be sent at the end of the calendar month detailing all unpaid or partially paid invoices. An accounting fee is levied on all overdue accounts. Shipments will be suspended without notice on all accounts which are overdue more than thirty days.
Legal Sale
It is deemed that goods remain the legal ownership of Pioneer Craft until payment is received and cleared by our bank.
Prices
All prices are net ex warehouse and inclusive of sales tax. All prices are subject to change without notice.
Freight & Handling
All prices are exclusive of freight & handling. Unless advised otherwise, we will calculate the best methods of dispatch, and add the freight and handling charge to the invoice. When using out flat rate method for freight, we charge $12.00 for orders up to $50, $9.90 for orders up to $100, $7.50 for orders up to $200 and ship freight free for orders of $200 or more.
Backorders
Any goods temporarily out of stock will be placed on back order and shipped at the later expense of Pioneer Craft. Back orders are retained on computer up to two months. If in our judgement there is likely to be significant impact on your business by delayed delivery, we will endeavour to contact you.
Returns
Any request for return of goods incorrectly ordered must be made within seven days of receipt of goods. All freight will be added to the customers account.
Damaged Goods
All goods are insured at our expense while in transit. To comply with the terms of our insurance, in the event that goods are received damaged, this fact should be noted on the carrier's consignment note and Pioneer Craft notified immediately, else we can accept no liabilty.
Short or Incorrect Deliveries
All claims for short or incorrect deliveries must be made within seven days of receipt of goods. Any errors on the part of Pioneer Craft will be rectified promptly at our expense.
